problem w/ clan upgrade quest

we are stuck at 3rd stage of clan upgrade quest. I killed 3 wraiths and turned them in ~06:00 today. I had turned in 200 efrils some time back. Khorsungum the Mage is not satisfied yet to make the multihander for us. what more do we need to do?
