Twilight Katana Error

I have a twilight katana and all the other ones I have seen have 75/75 uses, however mine only has 5/5. When bought it was low why is this? Please reply because I have a trade, that I want to make, however it depends on this issue being resolved.

you should've checked it before you bought it. it's just very much worn out
