missing quest item

i recieved the zig warrior mandible
13:48 [href=] [href=] Aaron AcidHeart [3][>[href=] [href=] has received: Mandibles of a Zigred-Warrior*1 pcs

when i tried to hand them in today it was not in my backpack i thought the item lasted 7 days thank you for any help

i have replaced the missing item by killing another zig . so problem solved
