New Trade Rules Error

Regarding the new trade rules....im pretty sure section 5b (nicknames) is incorrect:

b. Only Latin letters and Arabic numbers are allowed.

If this is the case then we are all in breach of the rules......

sure lets confuse everyone all the more instead of just writing "English Alphabet, English Numbers". Arabic numbers and latin letters are both ambiguous, various ways of spelling/writing, but yes true that the modern western alphabet/numbers are derived from arabic/latin etc
