The problem with this pack of cards you used is that you did that before the update. Since we no longer run the old software it is hard to figure out what exactly happened there, that you did not receive a card when openening it. This is a very time intensive process. Please be patient while we try to figure things out in order to help you.

Actually I didn't get a pack of cards at all. It says that I got one, but I didn't found one in my backpack. But anyways, thank you for trying to figure it out.
Btw. Is it safe to trade more cards? I have not tryed after that last time. Been scared that it would happen again.

I have tried most cards yesterday in order to check what happened there: It should be safe. :yes:

You actually get a pack of cards but it is opened straight away. That's why the server issues two statements. I will try to replicate your situation. In the mean time: Have fun!
