achievement not up for 1500 city reps.

Why did the achievement of city reps did not come up
00:34 Received: 130 city reputation. Seized: Efril 100 pcs.

I should have gotten :
Always a welcome guest in the city!
Earn 1500 reputation in the main city of your race.

O'Delvays reputation 1550 - is my current reps.
