Lost item

I have bought 3pcs of Precious Strongbox yesterday in two of them was only potions and in the last was Assassin's Battle Axe. When i logged in today i had my slot for weapon empty my axe dissapeared. Can you do something with this please ? (sorry for my english thats not my language)
