soooo the human mages are giving out level 9 + wounds... but the magmar healers (-liqvidator- , cryocore, amdis) can't use the scrolls despite being level 9 healers?

Could this be fixed please or level 9+ wounds removed until it's fixed? it doesn't really seem fair that we can receive the wounds but our healers can't heal them so we have to pay 4g+ per pot from shop.
