missing Flask with Vapor of Life

I made 2 flasks at the same time and now one is gone, and I sure haven't used it or thrown it away. Any idea what happened to it?

Did inhaling the vapor lead to you remembering where it was or had you forgotten because you had inhaled the vapor? :lol:
