admins i cant make a clan because when i submit request it gives me this
message:Unable to upload file. Please check the format of your clan logo and make sure you have 10 Signed Registration Forms.
but i dont know whats wrong i have 10 signed forms and the image i have is 13x13 gif
is it a bug?
In case you haven't done this already: Renaming a JPG to GIF does not work. You need to change the filetype by saving the data in the appropriate format.
In case you have done it: Tough one for sure. Checking it will need time. Meanwhile: Use a different image and attach your actual clan pic to an email sent to support@warofdragons.com. We will tell them to sort it out manually.
i help kingpin with the same problen when creating Restless clan and found that i had to edit file and save as gif several times before being accepted..
