Bringers of Evil reputation cannot increase it somehow

I dont see availalbe quest for increasing Bringers of Evil reputation. THat is to recive curse from them. beffore it was available quest. Any help there?

Yesterday it worked for me fine.... help

uch, i mean, when i come to fanatic, i could exchenge eye and skull for reputations. now i cannot. fanatic not letting me. Ateast i dont see the offer.
