Bug with Liches (lvl 5 mobs)

So after several rainbows done on them, I realized Liches have some bugs.
They don't loot the fragments related to the anniversary quest "Mirror Hunt" and they don't count for the Urchi quest related to killing monster (Destroy 5 monsters, whose level is no more than 1 level below yours).

Yes,this problem has been around for a long time,probably even before you started to play.
