time of all forum post is out by +2hrs?

Can you alter forum time stamp of posts by -2 hrs, so it appears same as game time?

The forum time is now linked to your computer time, so it is usually not the the server time but your home time.

I am in UK, so my computer time is same as game time, but my forum posts are +2 hrs?
