Need to check just in case...
Can you wear 2 chaos belts at the same time? They can be bought at DoC arsenal, for those who don't know.

The belts you cannot wear at the same time will say in their info "You can only wear one of such belt at a time" or something like that. If it doesnt say that - its all fair game :)
