Is there any way we can recive also cogwheels from ressources picking? its been almost 3 days already and still 0 from picking...
The library says 20% chance...

lol, I think it's way more than 20% chance. I'm getting them nearly 100%. But if you hunt for an hour a day, you will get your fill or very close to it.
