No stone lotus Rep :S ???

(Not to sure if this is the right place to put this so apologies if it isnt)
I just had to kill 10 cunning phitzells to get there fangs for my stone lotus rep, but when i handed in the 10 fangs i never got my Rep
it siad somthing about me messing up my order, i dont do nightsteelers or anything and i was just wondering if there was a bug or something?
