Please check my executioner it is stuck on 122 despite 60+ kills

I got my +1 to 123 when I did my first inter server cc but as admins you are aware that it wasnt counted because apparently we were returned our stuff, so why after that despite causing many open fractures with few bless and max bless I dont get +1 is there something wrong?
