Lag kill my interest

Dear respected admin.

I am having trouble now. Big trouble.. I cant even clear the path to galmakhar due to lag. Can u please tell me when are you going to improve this game speed? It wasnt like this years ago..and weeks ago lag only come from PVP. CC, or event that makes player meet each other.

But now it even infected DHouse? Come on? Please guys..do something..please, this game is way better when it just started..i still remember going to cc and get no lag at all. Never die in CC unless i am out of pot. but nowadays? I cant even clear galmakhar path? and i die just like that?

That is really not fun. I do frequent dh run..but now..i dont know how to play this game anymore with all the lags..its becoming not playable anymore.

What about reverting this game setting to the stone age? when we first start the game? not possible? Spend too much time already here to leave..but i hope u guys do something. Please..PLEASE

If you experience connection problems, issues with the client software, graphical issues or other problems of a technical nature, please follow these steps to remedy the situation.

Step 1: Reload the whole game page. (Press the “refresh” button in the menu or the “F5” key on your keyboard.)

Step 2: Clear the cache of your browser or client. Close the application. Restart the application. (If you're using the client, click on "Error!" at the top and select "Delete obsolete files and clear IE Cache")

Step 3: Update your Internet Explorer, Adobe Flash and any Dot.Net Software currently installed on your system to the latest version.

Step 4: Make sure port 5050 of your firewall is opened for warofdragons.com and the security for the Internet Explorer is set to an appropriate level.

Fallbacks: Reinstall the client. Also any antivirus software and other tasks might slow your connection speed or cause problems with the game.

Searching for a Chokepoint:
You can always run a trace route to our server to see the actual speed of all nodes within the route from your computer to the game if you are looking for a bottleneck in the connection.

this happened twice.

i already clear the path to revrat and galmakhar..and even need to use summons while clearing it. because my character is just like robot. it dont move just stare at galmakhar, and when it finally respond, half life, then i use giant, and it lag again.

i dont know what else to do. cknight, i know u dont like to see people whining, so i address to you here, please dont allow anymore player from malaysia to come play this game. i think our internet are not good enough to play this game, or our modem just not suitable for gaming. or maybe also my window and computer are really out of date. it only suitable to play yahoo chess i guess or other non online game.

regarding your troubleshooting, i already followed all 4 step, and even disable the firewall totally for the game. uninstall antivirus, uninstall flash player, reinstall flash, even download .net software 4 (which i dont know why i need it) . so i already give it up.

3 years (inclusive of other characters that i made to learn before) it was a damn fun game. but i think i reach my limit. i can try to kill level 8 gungl or any other crazy monster, but if u ask me to keep playing and try kill this monster called "lag" i dont know how to do it.

see ya, i will try to keep checking daily if this improve, but deep in my heart i know, i gotta trust my heart.

(sorry though i wanna report only bout the fail attempt to remove the lag, i somehow insert in it the element of anger frustration and regret)
