Navigator Issue

Last night i had major crash with client. For some reason client was corrupted.
So i re-installed, works perfect, but now my navigator is messed up.

This page provides potentially unsafe information to an ActiveX control. Your current security settings prohibit running controls in this manner. As a result, this page may not display correctly.

I get this paragraph on opening navigator.
Its only stopped working since the crash and re-installation.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
