Lost battle due to computer connexion lag

Hi, not sure this is the right place to report but... I just lost a fight because of lag. Never got a chance to deal a blow. I lost an Phkadd amulet and my things were damaged. Is it possible that I could get my amulet back please ? The fight was between me (Wildfires) and a veteran demon hound. I think a rabid dog might have joined the fight too. I'm sorry I can't give you more information about it, the stat log didn't show at the end of the fight either. It just took place in Baurvill Hamlet outside the City Gates of O'Delvays

Eventhough his answer is somewhat abrupt, Dariusxas has a point. We are sorry, but we will never refund any items/valor/weapons damaged or lost due to a lag in your connection.
