The Ice Bear Experiment

Error noticed:

Warriors from level 3 who already have the first riding skill should talk to Globius and Avelius to help them testing the Ice Horn and to ride an Ice Bear even before the winter begins. This quest will be available until Thursday.

The 1st riding skill is not available for level 3 - this is available from level 4!..
