How could there be nothing wrong with your server if so many of us had the same problem at once?

How about you actually do something about it since it was an error on the WoD side and not ours? I've gave you my list of damaged items, I just want them repaired and you to actually look into why that problem occurred.
else give me the contact address where i can submit a complaint about negligence from admins :fuu:

If we tell you there were no problems with our servers then we have already checked that. Please do not open topics about issues that have already been clarified, this might lead to a forum infraction.
