skill book doesnt get taken by wiseman

i bought the skill book for amber ink

It is in my backpack when i try to use says i need to see wiseman
but when i see him there is no option to read book
can you please fix this

The quest that will enable you to use that book has not been unlocked by us admins yet. As with all new contend we will announce it in the days to come once we bring it into the game.
