lost items in mail

i lost some items in mail, is it 9 diamonds per item recovery or 9 diamonds to get everything back with a certain time period?

It is 9 Diamonds per item. If you want to use that service, please contact payment@warofdragons.com and provide the name of the item, the time the letter was sent and the name of the sender.
