Achievement bug

some of my Achievements are not available such as
Reach the rank of Soldier = i am at warrior rank
Death of Balthazar = did it for the quest
By using Negators of Unarius, pick a Fire Flower.
While picking Fire Flowers get a burn.
While killing Zombies [4] , pick up a Tubemaker.

I did few more achiments for the second time to get them and there are few more left but i will re do them. only these few are need fixing.

The achievbement "I am a Soldier is only available for levels 1 to 3

The other achievements should be available to you. When should you have achieved them?

hi i did these Achievements long long time ago and sorry I dont remember exactly when however i tried to do the Death of Balthazar againg but i cant enter (The house in which Balthazar was confined.....) i guess since i have killed . As i can remeber i did these Achievements more than a year a ago. Please fix the Balthazar Achievement since i cant redo it :). thank you.
