Trade

At the end of my trade, when my trading partner has already clicked confirm, I click confirm, and I get a message saying "Trade successfully completed". However, when i return to the trade screen, the trade has obviously NOT been completed, and it says that I still haven't confirmed my trade. I tried refresh, and nothing changed. I logged in then out, and the problem still persists. The item that he has is not postable, so how am i supposed to get it back?

Can you please provide the date and tiime when this happened, the name of the other player involved and the item you wanted to trade.
