ice fight instance did not block auction house access

ice fight instance did not block auction house access

I noticed at today's Ice fight that access to the Auction house and mail was still available. I was able to purchase a resurection scroll before the battle. In most instances auction house and mail service is not available. your's to determine if this is a bug or not, but it is different than most instances. (I hope it is a new feature)

turns out I was attacked before I could join main battle so didn't get to use the scroll after all :(

This was a normal location, not an instance.
