paypal problems

something like 8 days ago i registred in many websites and dowloaded things in paypal for a total valour of more than 20 diamonds.
one day after, when i connected myself, i saw i had ONLY WON 0.41 DIAMONDS:ogo:, whiwh must be an error because the minimum ammount is 1.00.
i contacted a mentor who told me that he had the same problems and that the admins were on. but i still have 0.41 diamonds 8 days after...
can i please know where are my diamonds?:help:
