Need big help

admins i am jailed cause i bought diamonds and they thought it wasnt my credit card..well support group got it all worked out and said i have to pay my payments...so i bought 160 diamonds but i accidently exchanged that pls can u unbann me or change 160 gold into diamonds pls i spent 200 bucks on that pls dont screw me outta that
