Hmm, still wrong answer.

I have clear vision potion.

And Northern Patrol Inaccessible.

Why cross knight is keep saying i don't have the potion?

You are not reading my answers properly.. You can't do the quest when you do have the potion.

The clear vision potion is non-removable quest item (no remove button). The nothern patrol is recurring quest with this potion.

Anyway, what I asked was just simple thing - make nothern patrol quest accessable. With some reason, this quest is inaccessable now.
