Errrr....i want clear cache, but i cant...))))

I dont wanna start here complaining how many times my client crash during the day, cause by now i am so used to it, i dont even pay attention.

But today i found out i cant even clear cache, so what do i do now ? ))) Take a look at picture below, what is wrong here ?

ok. so after little inccident with cache my client freezes and crashes every 5 min on a regular basis. i am not even doing anything. just stand in city. need help on this one.
