Question

Good day, i have a little question: I had qued up for CC and after i confirm participation i had to wait 4m45s.After that period expired i should be in CC but i was in Hell'S Pass and now i must wait another 3 hours for a new CC.I did not lose any valor.It was polish server.

Why it happened ?
