Arena inter-server. Lost valor & cant startinstanse

Today i queue up in inter-server arena. get confirmation & confirm.
But was expeled from game & removed on German server. I try Login but havent any luck. Every time got msg on german that my e-mail \ pasword wrong.
I change server to English, log in but get penalty:
You cannot participate in battles for another 2h 26min 33secs!
& i think i lost valor, but not sure.
