while i was in a cc the game crashed on me so i closed it down and opened it again but when i came bacck online i had lost all my valour and had been kicked out of the cc

We are sorry that you lost valor due to a connection problem. There was no crash on the side of the game, you must have lost the internet connection.

We can't restore valor lost becasue of connectivity problems.
